Testimonials

This year’s summer school especially gave me my faith back to assisting/leading programmes within the Unitarian faith as this had taken a knock since Covid and showed me what I can do.

Claire Maddocks (Dukinfield Old Chapel)

All three experiences were profound and life changing. The first strengthened my resolve as a Unitarian and helped me see myself as part of a wider movement of like-minded people searching for depth and meaning …[The second] deepened my theological understanding, built my confidence and radically transformed my preaching style … It offers not only deep spiritual insights and food for thought that re-energizes people and communities but it is also a unique way of actively practicing Unitarian values of tolerance, acceptance kindness and social justice.

Unitarian Summer School has, for me, definitely been the most important national event over the years… I was able to learn new skills through leading small groups in partnership with colleagues and with the support of the Summer School team.

Grid is 4 columns wide on desktop screen size 1366px. Happy for it to scale up with text elements all scaling too, OR happy for it to resize to a different number of columns. Prefer not to have very wide columns and long text rows with small text.

Grid spacing is 16px

Brick padding is Top/Bottom 40px; Left/Right 30px.

Bricks have a corner radius of 20px and would prefer that to stay the same at larger screen sizes rather than scale. May look better to manually adjust slightly for tablet and mobile but let's see!

Colours are tints of the ones used in the site styles. Hex references for the tints are:

The quote text is Wix Madefor Text 16px with spacing set to 1.3em

The credit (name) text is Wix Madefor Text 12px with spacing set to 1.3em

Text elements are stacked with 12px gap
